Week #361
It’s not only a member of the Mian–Chowla sequence… it’s the number of the horrible weeks too.
Last 5 days’ list of problems is endless:
Alberto -and all his family- was sick half of the week.
Flood at the office.
30 min. of downtime in Stage due to a wrong update in the systems.
Even a flat tire!
Life gives us lemons, we make lemonade (we tried to find someone else...

This has been one of those weeks when you do many things but still feel you have made very little progress.
On Wednesday evening I gave a talk on payment gateways in Zaragoza invited by the folks of Cachirulo Valley. This took most of my time this week but also a lot of Aitor’s time helping me out with the keynote. We tried to explain our experience building Stage’s own payment...

Another week. Yes, another prime number week and we’re done with half February. Shit… time is flying this year!
As usually this week we’re wearing lots of different hats. For Alberto that means sysadmin tasks, coding on Stage frontend and more paperwork with American Express, plus international money transfers from/to the States.

Again Friday. Time for the weeknote. This has been a week full of administrative paperwork, specially for Aitor. You can’t imagine how difficult and stressful can become something that should be really easy: to submit your tax declaration. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong, and the worst part is that nobody seemed to be very helpful. Fortunately we have the next three months free of this...
