Almost two weeks of 2010 have gone and we haven’t write about the cahallnges in front of us for this year yet, so here a fast summary:

• The first big challenge for 2010 is to turn Stage into the best event registration software in the world, with greater effort and dedication. We can already say that Stage is used internationally thanks to clients from different countries. Moreover, we are receiving great feedback from all our users, from Spain and abroad, what make us be more excited if possible.

• Second we should improve our commercial efforts. A good client has absorved us for the last couple of years but both parts think that is a good time to reduce this dedication. So, we have already started to search and accept new projects. We are sure that this breath of fresh air will benefit us and represent a new adventure in 2010.

• Altough we should close some details yet, the third challenge we hve in fron of us is to be more complete. Therefore we are considering alternatives for adding a forth member to Linking Paths in order to cover different aspects of usability, information architecture and graphic and application design. This is a very important step for us but that tries to solve a problem which we have faced many times over the years.

• Last, but not least, challenge for 2010 is to deliver a new own product. We’ll probably start to develop it in March altough we don’t have a closed schedule yet. We have already checked the idea with some friends and other people we respect in the web and it looks like the idea makes sense and arouses enough interest which encourages us to develop it, possibly with an intensive start rumble style.

As you can see, this year comes with a lot of challenges for Linking Paths, maybe more that any of the company’s first five years of live. In about 350 days we could see what has happened.
