Week #380

Friday again. Right now I’m enjoying the pleasure of sitting on my couch, drinking a cold beer while writing this weeknote in peace. A small pleasure I had almost forgotten. For the last couple of months my home was almost a war zone but fortunately it looks like a habitable place again.

Although we moved temporary for two months, this week we were already back at home but the works wasn’t finished. I had an average amount of 6 people at home from 8:00 to 19:00, asking me an endless queue of questions or discussing with me why they should paint a wall again.

As you can imagine, this hasn’t been the most productive week I’ve ever had. In fact, I’m almost impressed I managed it to dedicate a few hours to Bazaar’s project at night. Fortunately Aitor had a more productive week working on Verkami and Stage. Probably it’s because he feels guilty about spending the next three weeks in Copenhagen attending CIID’s Summer School.

Ok, let’s finish with my reading recommendation for the weekend. Many people in the spanish’s Internet scene have been talking about the relationship between entrepreneurs and programmers. I don’t want to take part on that discussion, but since many times the discussion derived to salary and value, I want to recommend you a blog post from Joanna Wiebe called Growing Your Client Base: An Ode to Getting a Backbone. I believe this post covers most of our ideas on the subject.
